AT&T Access Plan
Starting at $29.99 / month
Required Documents
- Government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or state ID)
- Proof of participation in a qualifying government assistance program (SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, NSLP, etc.)
- Proof of address (utility bill, lease, or official mail)
- Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
Eligibility: Must participate in SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, or have income at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines. Families with a K–12 student enrolled in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) also qualify.
Human-I-T | Hotspot Program
Starting at $14.99 / month
Required Documents
- Government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or state ID)
- Proof of income or participation in a qualifying public assistance program
- Proof of address (utility bill, lease, or official mail)
- Completed Human-I-T application form (we can help you fill this out)
Eligibility: Must participate in SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, or have income at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines. Families with a K–12 student enrolled in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) also qualify.
Spectrum Internet Assist
Starting at $24.99 / month
Required Documents
- Government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or state ID)
- Proof of K–12 student enrollment in NSLP or CEP of the NSLP — or — proof of SSI benefit (award letter or benefit verification letter)
- Proof of address (utility bill, lease, or official mail)
Eligibility: Households must qualify under one of the following: a K–12 student enrolled in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the NSLP, or a household member receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI, all types).
