Online Human IT Activation-English

First Step:

  • Locate your hotspot device

  • Turn off the hotspot

  • Remove the back lid of the hotspot

  • Remove the battery from the hotspot

  • Locate the MEID Number

  • Write the MEID # on a piece of paper for future reference


Second Step

  • Select 1 Month Recurring Bill










  • Select “Add to Cart”
  • Then select “Proceed to checkout”











  • Complete Billing details











  • Select an “Account password” and write it down on a paper for future reference
  • Click on [ X ] “I agree that I have submitted….”
  • Click on “Drag file here or click to upload” your income documentation
  • Under Other Option: type the MEID number from your hotspot.











  • Enter your credit card information for 1 month of Internet service with Human I-T. (Please note: SCDC will mail you a refund for unused Internet Service. Please complete SCDC refund request form).
  • Select “Save to account” if you want to use this credit card for automatic future payments.
  • Select “I”ve read and accept the terms & conditions”

  • Click on “Place Order”
  • Then save or print confirmation page

Once you complete these steps, your hotspot will registered for activation. Human I-T will process your activation request within 1-3 business days. Your hotspot should be reactivated with 3-5 business days.
