Low-income and minority Americans disproportionately find themselves on the wrong side of the digital divide, excluded from the $8 trillion digital economy and all of its benefits.

Conversely, people who use the Internet more frequently have access to new opportunities. The Internet can open doors, help people connect to vital resources, and invites Americans to be full participants in today’s social and economic mainstream.
